We will cover:
- What they can and can't eat
- How many chooks is enough.
- Is it economical?
- Keeping pests and predators away
- Local suppliers
- Common problems and how to solve them
This workshop will be held at our suburban permaculture home. You can see our girls, where and how they spend their days and how they integrate into our productive garden.
Your Host:
Leni Nyssen is a permaculture designer and educator. She has studied with leading Australian premaculturists Geoff Lawton & Rowe Morrow. She is passionate about waste reduction, local food security, and all things homesteading.
