Sun Mar 22nd: Pest Control and Care Techniques
As your veggies begin to sprout, our third event will focus on nurturing your garden to ensure it thrives. We’ll take a stroll through our veggie patch, checking on the progress of your plants and discussing common challenges you might face, such as pests (think snails, slugs and caterpillars) or diseases. You’ll learn organic pest control methods that are safe for your garden and the environment, as well as watering techniques that will keep your plants happy during the varying Blue Mountains weather.
