About the event
In this event you will see how a permaculture designer analyses a site to form a design for abundant food production.
We'll start with a blank sheet of paper and we'll finish with a suburban family's dream garden with chooks, veggie patch, pond and more.
You will see:
the process of a permaculture design
sector analysis (wind, sun, privacy etc) and how we mitigate or enhance these effects on a site
zone planning (areas of highest human interaction)
